365 Maintenance Plan
The 365 Maintenance Plan (also known as the Quarterly Treatment Plan) is our most popular service we offer... and the best value! This program consists of four treatments per year to keep general household pests out of your home year round. The initial visit includes a thorough inspection and treatment of your home, inside and outside, to flush out and eliminate common home-invading pests like spiders, ants, beetles, roaches, centipedes, crickets, stinkbugs, and wasps. Seasonal treatment are then applied on the exterior of your home every three months to continue repelling and blocking out these pests.
You will enjoy the convenience this program offers because the recurring exterior treatments are scheduled automatically and you do not need to be home during these appointments. You will be notified of upcoming treatments in advance via text or email and you will receive another notification when the treatment is complete. A paper receipt will also be left on your door if you are not home during the treatment to let you know that we were there and your service was completed. Interior treatments may also be requested during any quarterly visit for no additional charge.
365 WARRANTY: The 365 Maintenance Plan offers a service warranty for year-round pest protection. If a pest issue arises at any time between your regular quarterly visits, we will return to treat the covered pests for no additional charge!*

Spring & Fall Treatment Plan
Our Spring & Fall Treatment Program (also known as the Semi-Annual Plan) is designed for customers with light to moderate pest control needs and consists of two treatments per year.*
One Time / As Needed
Our General Household Pest Treatments may also be purchased on an as-needed basis without a recurring treatment plan. The General Household Pest Treatment includes a 30-day service warranty.*
Mosquito Management
For optimal effectiveness, our outdoor mosquito control treatments are applied monthly, April through October. Because these treatments are applied outdoors only, you do not need to be home during the application.
Rodent Control Programs
Ohio Valley Pest Control LLC's rodent programs utilize a combination of control methods, such as trapping, poison, and exclusion, to eliminate and keep out rat and mice infestations.
* Our general pest maintenance plans do not cover termites or bed bugs.
Treatments for termites or bed bugs may be purchased separately.
